What time can I check-in?
You may choose your arrival/departure time based on 9 hours block between 8am to 8pm local time of the hotel. You may indicate your arrival time at time of booking and this information shall be passed on to the hotel to ensure your room is ready when you arrive.
Will my credit card be charged?
We take your credit card details to guarantee the room. Your card won’t be charged and you’ll be making the payment directly at the hotel. However in cases of no-show or if you cancel within 24 hours of arrival, your card will be charged for penalty as applicable.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, we offer super flexible policy on our website. We understand there could be change in plans and hence we allow cancellations upto 24 hour prior to arrival. If you cancel within 24 hours of arrival or are a no-show, penalty may apply according to rate rules.
How do I cancel my booking?
On Wohtel.com, click on “cancel my booking”, key in your confirmation number, name & email to confirm cancellation.
If you’re an existing registered user and have an account with us, you can also log-in and find your booking under “my bookings” section to cancel from there.
How do I change my booking?
You may modify your arrival dates/time by using the option on Wohtel.com “modify my booking”, you will be required to key in your confirmation number, name & email to proceed with the changes.
Where can I locate my confirmation number?
Your confirmation number can be found in the booking confirmation sent by email. If you have a registered account with us, you can also find this number under "My bookings".
What is included in my rate?
Your rate includes a room accommodation for upto 9 hours a day between 8am to 8pm local hotel time. You can also expect water, tea/coffee & wifi. Any other inclusions may vary for hotels and can be found under room details.
